Hey! A lot has happened since the last time I was on here. Most recently I have just moved away from my home in Regina and now am going to university! It will definiately take some time to get used to living in dorms and all my classes. I was accepted into the Humanities dept. which is apparently an accomplishment to be proud of considering only seventy people are accepted. That's really wonderful and all, but knowing my luck I signed up for the wrong program I will have to stick it out this year and switch into the Greek and Roman studies program next year. Humanities comes with a very tough course loud - I'm taking *second* year Classical Mythology (which I'm loving none-the-less). I have readings coming at me from every direction! I would also like to add that I have to take a language course and have chosen to study Latin! Crazy I know! I'm looking forward to it though.
My parents are moving to the country, about thirty minutes or so from where I am. They should actually be arriving at the new house tonight after a very long four day drive with two crazy dogs - whom I am very excited to see again. The new house is very pretty but I'm still not sure how I feel about not actually getting to go "home" for Thanksgiving so much as a new strange house. I would like nothing more than to sleep in my old bed and hang out with all my friends I miss so much! But I guess that's just life. I really hope I get to go back to Regina.
